Job Responsibilities 

  • Identifying and finalizing new properties and maintaining the relationship with all stakeholders to run them profitably.
  • Responsible for end-to-end business development.
  • Proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Handling and heading the entire Sales and Offline marketing activities for the company.
  • Effectively involved in B2B collaborations.
  • Exploring other partnership types that could generate substantial revenue for the organization.
  • Identifying key properties through various channels which can be acquired to do business. Meeting property owners and pitching Company’s vision.
  • Building a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association.
  • Managing key stake holders from lead generation till property going live.
  • Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Mumbai (Need to visit different locations across Mumbai and outstation)

Prerequisites

  • 10 years plus experience in handling any Franchise Development profile

Education Qualification

  • Any graduate/Post graduate
    MBA with specialisation will be an added advantage

Reporting to Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, set up & implement uniform standard operating procedures at each Franchise center of WorkLoft.
  • Coaching all Operations Managers & Team at each franchise center on SOP’s & Performance improvement.
  • Maintain uniform quality process by enforcing organisation standard.
  • Conducting regular audits & improving Focus areas across all centers.
  • Monitoring the franchise network on day to day basis.
  • Assisting franchises with their business requirements.
  • Monitoring the procurement of courseware.
  • Meeting the franchises on timely intervals.
  • Relationship building.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure goals are met.
  • Organize and execute events for the clients at each unit with the aim of client satisfaction.

Location

  • Mumbai (Need to visit different centres across Mumbai and outstation)

Prerequisites

  • 10 years plus experience handling any Franchise Operations profile

Education Qualification

  • Any graduate/Post graduate
    MBA with specialisation in Operations will be an added advantage

Reporting to Director

  • Train & manage a team of Sales Executives and help them with their closures.
  • Handling and heading the entire Sales and Offline marketing activities for the company
  • Exploring other partnership types that could generate substantial revenue for the organization.

  • Mumbai

Prerequisites

  • Atleast 8 yrs of experience in Sales in a co-working company

Education Qualification

  • Any graduate/Post graduate/MBA with specialisation in Sales/Marketing

Reporting to Director

Job Responsibilities

  • In-charge of the activities and operations of Co-working center.
  • Solving the queries of clients and maintain healthy environment.
  • Responsible to show the premises to the new prospective clients.
  • Taking care of the bookings, maintaining and developing community relationship.
  • Co-ordination with Vendors and ensuring smooth functioning of center.
  • Communicating and maintaining the logistic records, marketing deals, needs and requirements of the clients and the center.
  • Effectively carry out the daily operations of the center and organise timely events for the center.
  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing in local areas and via referrals.

Location

  • Churchgate, Nahur, Belapur or any other location in Mumbai (Candidates outside Mumbai may also apply)

Prerequisites

  • 3-6 years of experience in the co-working industry with a pleasant personality

Education Qualification

  • BMS/MMS marketing or Bachelor/Masters in Hospitality/Hotel Management
